What counts as a generation?
Each AI-generated reassurance message counts as one generation. For example, generating 5 messages for one product uses 5 generations. Manually editing a message does not count.
What is auto-cycling?
Auto-cycling automatically refreshes your AI messages on a schedule you choose (every 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days). This keeps your storefront content fresh and original. Available on Growth plans and above.
Do unused generations roll over?
No, generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
Simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately and there are no cancellation fees.
